Well u did get the 2nd place so its awesome ! U did something right there, and many people said it has awesome blending, and colours and i tottaly agree!
The light is good, just try to creat some depth there, thats all i would ask

XL, the first person to ever impress me with smudge was your and one of your tutorials to show how to make this kind of style.

I have tried so many times to make your style smudge and it is in all honesty the hardest to mimic :P
You are very much an original when it comes to the smudge style and I totally love it ^^

I think you made this look like he was moving out of the chaos and it looks pretty realistic...
My only fault with this is the colour, the colour itself and the rest is kind of monotone and I think if that would have been addressed you prolly would have won this battle.

I danno maybe more red/pink/dark red/brown would have been a better choice then this mild pink.

my second choice has nice colors, and the focal is made of smudge.
my first choice (the iron man) has less colors because of the focal itself, but has more detail. Both are very high quality, twohigh, I totally don't see where you can find LQ, but maybe your comp is set different??

Slave I'll try to make another iron man with your colors in... don't know if still possible tho....

Linda I really wouldn't know how to make more depth, so maybe you could give me a hint of how to do that please?
