Looks really good and I think if you bump the Xero GFX image up until it's centered between the header and the top of the page, and replace that green with the orange you're using already it'll look perfect.

It's a general rule of thumb to only use up to 3 colors for a layout, and 3 font faces max. It makes it easier for people to focus, and scan pages by being consistent.

That template looks great, but the vertical gradient nearer the bottom would make it a problem when coding - It wouldnt be able to stretch vertically then. Maybe change it to a horizontal gradient.

i donno what lemonade is talking about, i see no gradient. Good job, nice solid layout. I like it!

There is a very very faint grey-to-black gradient as the background.

I really like this one.
