ty for the comments, but i have no tutorials, im talking to someone now about making some for me, but the way i work is so messy and random, plus for smudging a video would explain better.

This is some of the most creative smudging I've seen. I'm a huge fan of the face melted girl on the bottom left. I've not seen many more distributing images. Nothing about this looks sloppy to me, perhaps a little frenetic, but quality nonetheless.
