    I'll be the bad guy in this thread and point out your faults then ^u^

    The planet in the bg to the left is way too faded, looks like you've soft brush erased over it. Same goes for the bottom right planet.
    The planet in the middle bg doesn't really belong, it distracts too much from the city and all since it has a overlapping flare.
    The clouds have a completely different tone than the piece itself and is way too bright, so they don't blend with the piece at all atm. Only looks slapped on with a blend mode and eraser.
    The overall bg starlights are very plain, more depth can be added to really make this piece pop.
    The second light source in the clouds to the left steals most focus from the middle part.
    And finally the sparkles on the moon is out of place, they don't add upp with the lighting.
