Hello!

My name is David, more commonly known to the internet as "Tru3". I am a competitive gamer, I play in both Gamebattles and FraggedNation ladders for multiple games on multiple consoles. I also dabble in sports, including having done Mixed Martial Arts for roughly 7 years as a younger child. I found out about GFXVoid when I was attempting to find a tutorial on particle effects, this site came up as a link. While I didn't find a particle effects tutorial, I did see a fairly awesome looking community that I really hoped to dive into. I'm looking to develop my skills with Adobe Photoshop CS5 here at GFXVoid and I hope to learn a lot from you.

Well, allow me to introduce myself. I am Synsational also known as Syn. Currently one of the Administrators is joking around so he changed my name to this. I am a digital artist, ex-tricking practiser and a little Taekwon Do. I have a few things that I can teach you if you are interested in Digital art and painting.

Meanwhile, enjoy your stay and hope for a good one. Also, we mess around/joke around a lot in the shoutbox. Lots of sarcasm just to get a funny conversation going so never take anything seriously there.

Digital Art/Painting has been something I've always wanted to dive into but never really knew where to start, apart from having a tablet that gets underutilized now. Any piece of knowledge you can give would be, amazing.

Oh, it's really hard to tell when you guys are sarcastic, I mean.. I wish there were a giant sentence of sorts below someone's post to tell me that they were being sarcastic, maybe even a signature stating the fact? Oh that would be helpful.

It's unfortunate that I hate to post that in my signature but because's sarcasm meeter broke a long time ago, especially new comes to the site.

Well, first thing is first. Do you have the tablet? Dedication and enjoy doing art? Otherwise what I will/can teach you will be forgotten and not come in handy at all

I have the tablet available whenever I need it, I use it occasionally for a signature or team logo. I've been creating signatures and avatars for the past two years or so, and I enjoy every moment of creating something that looks halfway decent. I can guarantee that anything you teach will not fall on deaf ears, art is probably one of the few escapes from the monotony of my day that I have left. Makes a day of work and school worth pushing through is a way you could say it I suppose.
