Smudge

This is first time when I tryd something serious with smudging, but in the end I am stuck.

Could you give me some advices, how to complete these tags?

When I put on some c4d and smudge them, they always look terrible...

I see that you smudge from the outside in, basically, the way I like to smudge is from the person. You have the person in the middle, smudge from her, it will be a lot better. Read some tutorials and maybe get some more smudge help.

Actually I did smudge from the render to outside But I just can't to find, how to complete these tags.

add some details to the smudge, i like #2 more than 1 the colors fit better there

You need more detail, and the second one, put some more colors, and I dont like the border, the black can be filled.

What kind of details? When I add some c4d and try to smudge it in, it allways looks bad...Maybe I just suck at smudge and c4d xD Now I'm trying to do something with this

Personaly, I like the look of it, but right side leg, didn't came out as I wanted.

Like more colors, and maybe not as thick smudging lines, some pieces you did are meant to have little thin smudge lines.
