Hey there! The names Joel, but I go by Voodoo mostly when I'm online. I used to be a lot into the whole GFX scene, making signatures and whatnot when I played a lot of MMORPGs, and recently got back into it. My mate from way back when was telling me about Gfxvoid, so I thought I'd come here, sign up and get some nice c&c on some work of mine, and hopefully get into the whole community eventually c:

These are my most recent things I done since I started up again, they're not the best, I know. There's a lot of issues with depth and a lot of it seems to end up over sharpened, but I'd still like to hear your opinions if that's alright. (:

awesome! Post some of your stuff in threads and get commenting! Just remember, the more often you comment the more likely people are to comment on your stuff. If you want to avoid over-sharpening try working with larger canvases! They won't be signatures persay but you can really tackle some of those issues by working on larger pieces. Welcome!!

Thanks I'm working on some more now so I'll probably post a proper thread later on with more of my work, thanks for the suggestion though, I'll try some bigger stuff soon c:

I like the signatures but ya oversharpened. I really like that you took time to work in the text instead of just flopping it on the top layer and having it stick out like a sore thumb. It's kinda quiet here but a few members get on regularly. I try to make it on a few times a day and atleast sit down and respond to some threads once a day. Also the members that are active are actually quite talented and give great advice. Welcome and I hope you stick around.
