Well it looks really basic. I doubt anyone is going to go out of their way to make a tutorial for a signature they didn't make though. You can learn all the techniques used through other tutorials. If you have a specific question that could be answered in a simple paragraph you would have a higher chance of getting an answer. Something like how did they the diagonal lines in this signature?

find the person who made the tag and they might be able to make a tut of thats style for you there could be things they didnt others might not do

Alright, I have one question. you would be able to show me or tell me how to get the circle cut in half. where is goes from the lighter blue to the darker blue.
