the wrinkles in her face make it look lq. maybe clean that up a bit?
not the scars... they look awsum!!
good job!!
her faceis lit up, but there is no light source, maybe add one?
the text is to dark, almost not readable, and it shouldn't be in the corner! put it in the middle and a tad higher, like over her bracelet...
overall nice job, some minor things to improve.

Looks like one to many filters. Its also lacking strong values so it looks kinda flat and dull. Cool idea but can be improved . I do like it though.
