I have that image, what did you do other than add some text and maybe darken it?
Its hardly a sig and its generally meant to be used as an effect in a sig.
You definitely do not have this image, as I made it last night. And if you payed attention you would see that I said this is the start of a new sig, and not the sig itself. Don't assume to bash me sir, I bite my thumb at thee.
It's probably similar to an existing image but not directly ripped. I had some fun with Bokehs a few years ago and have something like this too. Pretty much the same colour scheme.
