WE WILL COMPENSATE FOR DESIGNS and WORK

I didnt know where to post this and I know this is the wrong spot for this but we would pay to have some work done. I know this post may be removed becaus eits wrong section. We have our VB forums up and we have tried a few different skins and also created one. We just dont have the desired look we want. We are looking for someone that may be able to create some nice graphic material for our current website like logos, signature templates, and maybe even a forum skin template if any of you know how to create the vb templates. We would be willing to compensate for the designers time and creativity. Please pm me if anybody from this talented pool of GFX artist here . If you can help us out for a little dough we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
