First Anime Tags/Sigs

I'm using the full size images here so you guys can see it a little better see if you see anything I missed or give me pointers. Its not always easy to see when they are resized.

I really like the first one, but the seconds one not so much

maybe because of the quality of the c4d's that are in the background

I'm liking the top one. Make sure to blend all the elements together. The light in the top left is very distracting. On a positive note, good job keeping a singular color scheme for each tag.

1st one is good and has an establishment of flow. TGTB is right. The top left light is distracting and a bit ugly.What I usually do for lighting is add on it's own layer, a soft large px brush (of a color similar to the theme of the sig but very close to white) and click off screen so just the outside, faded opacity part is seen. It usually adds a ray of sunshine kind of effect.
2nd one has a cool concept, but c4ds were enlarged too much and lost quality (I assume this is what happened). Lighting/Depth should have been used a lot more heavily here. I also think erasing parts of that c4d that are spotty all over the render would help. It is messy and overall, the composition was bad. Cool idea with the concept of an "energy leap" though(what it looks like to me).

I reworked the red one and you were right the large soft brush adds just the right amount of light.

There is this orange-redish fill surrounding the bangs of the first one. Nothing big but it looks off to me, in my opinion. Again, no big deal.

The first definitely looks better than the second one. I would like to see more of the effects "pop". The effects look a little to dim for my taste (more concerned about the bubbles).
