first i dont know what pale is... like lame??? and yes it is manipulated in some ways, i have get rid of some signs and stuff like that and mixed with the coloring ;P

It's like the colors are too mild... might have been the camera, but did you mess around with the saturation?

great shot... mess around with the contrast n colour balance it should look really cool...

It was ment to have a icy-blue color look so I changed the saturation and made it in less colors... maybe that was bad

That's a nice photo. Maybe it would look better if you made it black & white and added This Effect to it. Nonetheless I like the photo.
