blue sig, battle

Made this sig for a battle... I'm not quite happy with it thouh.
I didn't have that much time when I made this, but I'll give it a shot.

I really like the border and the colour scheme. But there needs to be something that has emphasis, it all seems to be on the same level withotu anything to catch your eye. Try more on the text , more opacity maybe.

Nice job though , for a quick sig especially.
