Hello! I'm new; at first I lurked around this forum, then the members' sigs caught my eye and I thought about my potential. I felt so. . . blah. So I brought up all the courage I could and joined this forum hoping to improve my completely horrible skills. (Not to mention the countless days wasted to make other people anime sigs when there should be more to choose from).
Anyhow, I'd hope to expand my knowledge of graphics, effects, and such by joining this forum ! =D
