Please rate n00b sigs...

My first 2 attempts at making character sigs, whatever they are....
please rate! any comments are appreciated....


i took 1.5 hours to make the first one, 2.5 for the second... so i am a slow person hahaha :lol:

Cool! The first one is put together really well. The second looks great except that the mech looks a little out of place cuz its got full color.

-I would suggest blending it in with the background just a tad or make its color match the backgroung.

i like the second more..... :P
but u have a point about the mech being too colourful, i tried all the blending modes but all stuck out or became wierd... thats why i had to resort to the unorthodox way of smoothing the edges with a brush, then just smacking it down ontop of the background...
i'll try to find a way to blend it in better! thanks for the comment! :lol:

Some people mod their renders to looks like it was brushed, i brush something to make it look like it was rendered!

I like the first one more.. more original. The second one is good aswell... but it hasn't got the va va voom lol. They're both too tall though , you should try making images 350x125 max size.

First : 8/10

Second : 7.5/10

First one needs some color! Add a color balance layer, doesn't need to be anything drastic, I just think the white is a little boring. I love that text though, you know what it's called? Second one is fine, I love it :lol: Good job!
