C & C please, was thinking of making the emblem smaller, what do you think

its ok . THe background needs alotta work.. its too flat and boring.. try to emphasize speed by doin something like directional blur or something.. i dont like the mustag metal thingy.. its blurry but maybe it'll look better with outer glow. should screw around with the brightness/contrast,level a bit. and lastly, you should tone down the hue/saturation
