its aight it just needs some work it looks more filter whored then anything and you cant read the text or see the flags very well... anyway i like the logo in the middle it looks great just the rest of the sig doesnt... eh id folllow some full sig tuts to start but ur getting better justpost some new works and we'll evaluate from there

Nxtday: Please provide more detailed replys and comments in topics regarding C&c
that text is too hard to read, but the logo in the center looks good. the two logos in the corners dont look good, maybe take them out.
the bg isnt bad, but try looking up some tutorials for brushing a bg for a sig, it'll make it look alot nicer, and more professional.
Next time try using a thicker font, and lose the outer glow, it doesnt work well with the black font, or the bg.
keep working at it man! its pretty good for your third.
