Hi i'm new.

Just got an old Practika MTL3 SLR, for (LOL) £6 on eBay. I had never used an SLR before this, and so I have been practicing with manual focus and all that cal.

So here are my recent photos with the Practika (and one with my digicam):

Note: Some of these are a little bit sharper in reality, but some sharpness was lost when i scanned them and made them bigger.

mmm i so badly want to get myself an SLR. Right now I just have a digital SLR. It's saving me tons on film, though ;)

Nice shots. especially the one in the garden and the one of the dinosaur :o! (i thought they were extinct >.<!)

really nice pictures, especially the black and whites.

Ever since digital camera's SLR prices have gone through the floor. You can buy them in bulk practically.

I'd like to get my hands on an old Holga.

Me too, but I don't want to pay the extortionate prices they're charging for them (due to the lomo photography fad).
