looks really good and all cept the mustache has to go. Also the splatter looks like a splatter on his forehead. Might be what you were aiming for but it looks as though you were looking for blood "dripping" from his forehead. Looks good overall but those things that I pointed out kind of stand out imo.

Well i cant really see the eyes cause its too dark & the multiply mode kind wrecks the colours too... Umm with the blood you can use the liquify tool to shape as if it flows down the skin... w00! you knocked a tooth out too... well good job for a first...

I Made the Eyes darker so it looks eerie.
