It's just a banner and some text, come on Villian, I know you can do better. The banner is nice though, but I'm thinking it's quite big. It might not seem like it now, but once you get some content on your site users with resolutions that are slightly lower will have to scroll down after every page loads <_<.

doesnt matter buddy this is the first time ive ever used a tut , and u cant say u dont use tuts cuz u do and Plus ive only been using ps for 1 month so its pretty damm good i havnt used a tut since now.

It doesn't matter if you used a tutorial since tutorials are to be used, but you could have changed the picture though. It's an ok design, but the picture doesn't seem to fit the theme. It's full of colors, then the rest of the page is really boring and flat. Maybe some more details on the lower part could do the trick.
and i dont see why he has to check to see if my shits legit, like ive only been doing ps for a month, and this was the first time i used a tut...ever
