It does need more. Interesting concept though. I say use the same concept, but start from scratch and make it more 3d or outstanding. Lighter too.

Take off the tech lines, and take off the bevelled border. Then think of something more appealing to the eye to put in , to lven it up a bit. Nice job so far, exxcept on the border .
