Some "new" pictures from me

Well, they are not that new, but they are new to this forum, so I'm posting them anyway. The mermaid is missing her arms, I know that, but think of her as a fish, or that they are fading away in the darkness! (Photoshop CS)

Yup. Great art here. I saw some of them at DA. Try to improve on your coloring a bit. Try adding a bit of more shine to them like how you colored the mermaid one. But then again, what do I know? I'm a stupid n00bie at coloring. I can only add color to sigs and that's it. You're definitely a great artist. Keep up the good work.

great work, I love the coloring/mermaid-character, at least the head and body. I'm not sure about the fins-thingys, they look a bit blurred :/ I love the hair, looks cool in the dark :) I also liked the angel a lot. The wings really does look good mate, so does the whole angel, even the hands :D her ring above her head looks cool. I don't know if you made it look like that on purpose, but it looks cool, as it was burning and lighten out by the rain. Except that, I have nothing to complain about but her eyes, they look strange IMO. The eyes express angryness, while her eyebrows seems surprised or happy. I would comment the third one too, if I'd had time to look at it, but I'm starting school in an hour, so I'll do it later. Good job on them. I have one question. How long ago did you make them ?

very nice job man, they all look like their just popping out of my screen. i like the lighting in the top pic, but the bottom pic looks like you put a littl less effort into the drawing then the other two.

they all look great but to me it looks like you may be trying to hard to be somthing your not, let it flow.

The angels halo was made to look that way, wanted to do something else than the original halo. And the wings killed me, my first attempt on doing wings so... The mermaid was made in May, Angel in June and Jenna about one or two weeks ago.

I'm not sure what I'm trying too hard to be, but I DO put down a lot of work in my pictures... Maby it's the fact that I really are not a very good artist and I'm trying to be? :huh:

Those drawings are very nice as well as the coloring. I like the first one the most, coloring is great as well as the drawing. Keep up the awesome work man, I want to see more!
