the third is the one were using, simply because its easier to code :)
oh and the content will be sorted with flash, not iframes (already done coding, this is a website redesign, even tho we hadnt finished the old one, i didnt like the old one)
(PS just cause the first arent watermarked, doesnt mean you can rip them :|)
(pss. i like 2n better, but deep brown said its too complicated :()

i think on all is problem with unreadable text, especially on third one and first one , on 2nd its ok but on hover links too.
i would use 2nd one like it best, and imo it isnt complicated... :P

I preffer the third one.
But I really don't like the colors. You don't have any hard contrast the colors are so similar that I don't even want to read what it says. You need to accent important information with a strong color.
