the scanlkes are to dark, you didn't blend the txt like he showed, other that that it's ok.

I have to agree with dragonsrage about the scanlines they are quite dark. Im not too sure if i like the overall colour of the sig i think if it was maybe a bit darker or used a multi colouring effect.
