the second one is just a background, i didn't have time to complete it ;-)

No offense but the 1st one looks like some gay-posed doll thingy, so it creeped me out. It's way too dark and the text is a little hard to see, not bad though, and the grey blob on the left is useless.

The second one is a tad better but the red and the weird white donut mess it up.

1st one- 4.3/10
2nd one- 4.35/10

basically what he said, but the second one looks a tad noobish, try adding some brushes and what not to it.
