Not too bad, but i dont like that spider man logo on the left, it leaves the img a little unbalenced. the rest looks alright, could use some more work on that blending, more brush work for sure. also you cant read part of "spider" because the text is red, and it runs into a red part of the render. try making it blue. not bad, and the text with your name doesnt look that good, stands out like a sore thumb.
Nice im liking it, i love the bg nicely done. I agree with Undertoner about the spiderman text making the sig look unbalanced, either change the positioning or change the font, personally id do both.
Good job like it alot apart from those minor things. :D
The only thing I see wrong with it is the blending of the render and the logo in the background. Also, like Undertone said, the Spiderman text would look better blue instead of red. Over all, it's nice work man! :D
