to really be honest with you, its horrible.

The colors dont match in the least, The grid totally kills it.
And a 1px black border could help

When you use a light background, in this case lime green, you should contrast it with a darker colored foreground. Here you used a light background and light foreground. I hope this helps.

Well you asked for someone to diss it so here goes.....
Grid suks. Color suks. Text suks. Render placement suks. Email in a sig = very bad idea.

Your current blue twirl sig is better.
