The text animation is a little akward. I don't like the cut corners, and the yellow brushing over the bg.
First of all, the animations should stay a little longer, let's say 2-4 secs. The border isn't really good, and I don't like the yellow dots in the background. The idea is really cool, but it could be different, good work though. Keep it up.
-Right side is slopped or jagged..not identical to the left side of the sig.
-Background needs more variety in colours and more then just fractal brushes and a tint of sparkles..
-Font is just black..which is dull.
-Animation is alright, the end should pause sometime for a while not play again right away.
-The chosen font isn't that great IMO.

lol...I missed it, but that needs to be fixed too.
Looks pretty good but the bg is a little dry. And Villain no offense but you didn't invent that style, you copied it from other people. That style has been around since sigs started most likely. So you can't really say that he is ripping your design since it wasn't yours to begin with.
I don't really like that.
I thinkthe BG needs more pizazz in it..
Perhaps add an effect to the font to make it even more awesome.. =]
