Goods:
-Clean/good quality Render.
Bads:
-Background is way too contrasting.
-Renders is just slapped on there with no color change and no attempt of blending.
-The text shouldn't be beveled because noodle is a 2D character. Get my point?
Overall:
I think you can do better. The background seems like it could've been nice if it wasn't so contrasted. I recommend that you make another attempt. I'm sure you'll do better.

Colorbalance it a little.
Well i like, but try to blend the render more with the bg and i dont really like the text good job other than that.
