The backghround is really cool... colours look good on it. But i don't think the text goes well , nor does the mario render.

Good background, small image, some text I'm not too fond of but overall a fine job.

Try making the background red and green to correspond with the render. The green in Luigi is sticking out way too much; Conflicting colors can be good, but not when there are two things to focus on
