not bad ..but the first one almost burnt my eyes out B) but the second with scanlines on is ok
lol i have 800 * 600 but that's aight, and yeah i'd add more if i were you.
Make sure you make the images proper size. I have had problems with that. What do you like and not like about it?
I dislike the font effects you did.. it distorts the text slightly. It's pretty simple, I think it'd look a lot cooler with some sort of 2D brushing in the background or something.
id put the scanlines behind the text and the gfxvoid logo
