Thought i would do somethin

I am from a torn apart house
Of unsatisfied dreams and endless fights.
I’ve grown up always being in the middle
Manipulated against each other
Till breaks back in strain.

I am from a house of raised expectations
Striving to satisfy crazy needs
Where good isn’t good enough
Where nothing is ever done right.

I am from endless disappointments
From a world not worth living
A world that drives one crazy
A world where family pits you against each other
A world that I would kill to get out of.

I wrote this for a school thing but it does have meaning to it. I was practically disowned by my mother when i wrote this so i was really depressed and it shows. NE ways just thought i would post b4 i tae a short time leave.

Wow, that's very honest. This is the first time I checked out this part of the forum, and it's pretty cool that people here are into other forms of art besides just graphics. That was very brave of you to post.

Thanks for all the replys. I really love the fact that you guys like it. Maybe i might make some more... but i mostly write when i am feeling expcially depressed.....

Dont worry about that, everyone and anyone will get depressed at one point, but through time, it does heal.

yeah man, my family isn't perfect i'll admit it so i know what your feeling right now.

as for the writing when depressed thing, it helps to get you through it man, don't worry. great poem tho
