I suppose the blur effect is done well.

Did you do the brushing for the clouds? ^^;

It is a normal picture. What I did was...

* cropped it
added a blue to the girl, so she looked farther away than the sword.
* I added a thing to the sword. If you look at the original closely, you'll see
* And I added a 1pixel border
* Oh and the text

So, I guess you could call it an alteration.

Ah I see, well the blade scatches are nicely done. :)
