Special Request: Hurricane Katrina Header

The Rules
- Size: Width: 350px Height: 80px
- Must be in .GIF Format
- Must have GFXVoid somewere in it

The Topic
- Something to do with Hurricane Katrina, relief effort, etc. Use your imaginination, this one will replace the 9/11 header one after 9/11 ;)

Aah&#33; I saved mine as a .jpg&#33; And when I try to save it as a .gif from my PSD, it looks terrible&#33; Is there a way to make the .gif look exactly like the .jpg?
