good start...try to contrast your skin tones more to give emphasize facial features. right now it is generally all one tone and that gives it a flat appearance. also, when drawing hair, try to follow the actual curvature of the hair with your pencil rather than short scribbles. for instance, follow one strand from its root to where it falls on the women's shouldrs.

i'd change the lips a bit or just the bottom one
