little bit on the big size so there is too much empty space in them ..BG is a bit plain and the render isnt very good needs to be blended in better .. have a look in our tutorial section theres some good tutorials on BG's and blending ..but for a first go they aint that bad :) i dont like the text either but wen it comes to font choosing im pants any way
Too large. I dislike the font. Remove the outer glow on the font, too. Get rid of the black lightning. Add a border.

I agree with acidglow, the bg needs some work...
Maybe you could donwload some new brushes...
