I've never really been into digital painting, but i'll try to give my 2cents... :)
The girl is pretty nice, but abit freaky with the red eyes... is that what was intended? The background is good, a little blending esp with the green text behind kind of too bright (cuz the focal point of the image must be da girl :P) so yeah, thats about it. What program did u use?
The girl looks pixaleted. Did you enlarge her? The bg doesnt really have the tech effect, you can tell. Since there is white on the sides of the sig, it needs a border, preferably black. I do not really like the bg in general. Sorry. :(
To fix the tech lines part, go here. It will teach you how to make better tech lines. :)
1. phoenixmaster : I did those eyes on purpose to give her some freaky look :) I used photoshop 7 . Thx for the first coment
2. No i didn't enlarge her I painted her in that size ( I think she's a little bit blury ) I didn't realy concentrate on the background , it took 10 min to do it :P thx for the tut i like it
