the brushing, and the bg colour kill this one man, even the text is a little weak. definaly want to bring it closer together, because the cyan and the dark blue just bite at eachother like angry dogs.
Heh, might this be inspired by twan's work? Lol, sorry man, not working. The vector buildings aren't that great, text needs help, and those colors are definetly not in harmony :P. Keep at it though.
Nice use of brushes, colour fits in well :)
But the text 'work' needs more work :P in blending in,... and the white colour blotches in the center are not vector so it conflicts with the whole theme. Hope to see a 3rd go :)
