There's really too much going on at the same time. It looks more messy than artistic. And the texts need an extreme makeover. But the concept is real nice
Make the bg black and the top of the beams dont match up.
Looks a lot like one I saw on here earlyer today (http://forums.gfxvoid.com/t-13444.htm), that's prolly just because of the beam and the scattered brushing I guess.
I don't really like it though. Can't really comment more than that.
sorry but this would go horrible for a cd cover try keeping only the star burst/beam on a dark red or black bg
