Obviously excluding ants, spiders, bees etc., should animals have rights? I definately think that they should. I mean, why kill an animal just because it's in your space? My brother is in my space, but I don't kill him. How is killing an animal any different from killing a human? Do we both feel pain, get scared, get hungry, tired etc? We both breathe, eat, drink. So that's my question to you...should animals have rights and why or why not?

Well common house pets, they dont have rights, but they shouldnt be treated cruely. Just give them food, water and shelter. Thats all they need :huh: They don't need freedom of speech? wtf?
When animals can read the Charter of Rights and Freedoms/Bill of Rights w/e then they can have them.

As for killing animals... sure they get scared, sad etc... but if i shot one, nothing gets hurt, there's another million of them, animals don't get emotional pain... the fact is there's large diference between us & any other animal... We could allways saw a limb of & eat that so they can live their pointless lives if you want...
