Anyways, just google "Invision Free Forum" and you should get a free version, then just have someone host it for you so the url isnt all weird.
make a phpbb one, it's good effective and easy
If you're that stuck, use EZboard
Just use aim, or msn to talk. Those little forums, go down in like 3 weeks.
Yea i once made a forum just for freinds to talk on, msn is far better though. ^_^

HAHA dragoneye is right, if you don't know how to, then you shouldn't be doing it.
Also PHPbb is easy to be hacked and I would probably say go with Invision Free.
