I really like the design but i woud say this more of an ad for a company than a logo, its a bit too complex for a logo IMO. I would say that the circle you have made would be the logo and that this is an ad or something. Its just my opinion

Dont get me wrong though, i really like this and think you have done a great job.

however, it looks very cool, and would make a sweet sig
