well when people vector, they dont use the cutout filter in case you didnt know.

i know i just felt like posting the one i did w/ the filter though. comments on the first one would be nice.

Are all they all filters?

The cut-out filter is pretty whored. Just vector with the pen tool. You will get better results.

K, try this, its amazing, get ur render layer

duplicate it.

gassian blur one of the layers and set the blending mode to darken.

Then put that layer ontop of ur original render.

Looks awesome.

the first one makes him look like he has a turd on his face. Cant tell its a person. THe second looks a lot better

no lol the 2nd one is the only filter and im taking it away right now lol.

add shadows, makes it look better.
