too big ,you need to lower the opacity on the scan lines , the blending is...not the best, look for some image blending tuts here, and in other places

You got good ideas just need to well finish it off and it would be pretty good :D
Make sure you spend a lot of time on it.
I dont really like it, the coulours dont really match and its very plain
