Ummmmm, ok. That looks ok i guess, can't say the render and bg match all that well. But it looks pretty good.

I agree that the render does not match the bg well. I think the background is pretty cool looking but a different render might suit it better. Either make the background black/grey or find a render that is more red. I would move the text over to the right a few pixels because little things like that make it more perfect and better. Overall it's not bad, I think there could be a little more in it but good work. ;)

I like the render, but i find that the bg looks , umm, well not to my liking just to say.
