I was experimenting making tentacles and i couldnt think of a good BG for it so i just used pixel stretch,

I made it experimenting but ended up liking it, what do you lot think?

I like it, but i don't like the bg, but the tentacles are really nice!!!!
I couldnt get a BG that even looked ok and thats the best i could get :(
Any ideas what i could have for a BG?
Maybe duplicate your render, Ctrl+T and make it huge. Put it under the original render and go to Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic 10-15pxl. Then Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen, Ctrl+F.
After that you could even put some brushing layers over the mosaic background and set them to overlay. Just an idea, I don't know if it will look good or not.
As it is now, I don't like it. It needs some major work IMO.
