Pen Tool, Pencil, Paint Bucket, Rounded Rectangle Tool, Elliptical Marquee tool, Text Tool, Transformation (Ctrl+T)
I think this is pretty damn close to exact. I modeled it exactly as it layed on the desk in front of me. (The cigarette and the pack)
I didn't know how to fix the pixels while keeping the lines diagonal, because I used the Pencil, so I left it as is.

i like the cig and the smokes.
everything else is too out of proportion and jaggy for me.
