Missing a black border- any border would do, really. The render is blended okay, and I like the use of a drawing rather than a 3D or very well done drawing. Anime drawings are hard to incorporate into sigs. I don't think the BG goes with it. A urban (greys, blacks, whites) setting or a red background would suit her better. Plus the random fractal doesn't look too good.
I think Shamino said everything that needs to be said. Just work on those points and it should come out good.

Um. I'm having problems getting fonts from my folder into the actual program still....could I get a somewhat in-depth tut (but not a tut, more like a walkthrough), i you have time?
I have the folder with my extra fonts in my documents.
First, make sure Photoshop is NOT OPEN.
Open up your Control Panel. (Start>Control Panel for XP)
Double Click on the Fonts folder.
Drag your fonts into the folder, and they will auto install.
Reopen Photoshop and they'll be there.
