Both pretty nice but the text in the 2nd is hard to read and i dont relly like the font.
I think they're both pretty good but I like the first one better. Good job!

you got nice coloring skills but i hate the hard-grunge/render-like brushing... it just kills the renders... try somthing softer and mix in a few hard brushes dont just pile em on and expect a background..
